Plants for chemical surface treatment consist of individual containers that are arranged in a row according to the optimum treatment sequence, taking into account the legal, chemical and technical requirements. Depending on the throughput, the type of parts and the desired degree of automation, the plants differ mainly in the feeding system.

Black oxidation and phosphating just like "bigger" companies
The DEWE Brünofix GmbH compact plants arose from the idea to enable economic hot black oxidation for customers with smaller volumes of products to be black oxidised. The planning process consistently focused on lower space requirements and easy operation, together with optimal plant engineering and equipment. The result was a compact, highly integrated plant with numerous advantages.

Thanks to the modular design, you can customise the plant to suit your needs. We can offer you everything from a simple design to a highly professionally equipped plant with the appropriate filter technology. - FLEXIBILITY/SPACE SAVING
All system components are housed in a specially designed frame. The base tray required by WHG is also integrated into the frame. - AUTOMATION POSSIBLE
The operator can concentrate fully on loading and unloading the goods, while intelligent automation takes care of the rest. - INTUITIVE OPERATION
The system technology is equipped with a Siemens PLC in accordance with the latest industry standards. The actuators are switched using a panel and the operator can conveniently set their values. On request, the compact system can be equipped with automation. Higher-level control software then controls the carriage. Once the surface treatment is complete, a log with detailed data is generated.
Please note: the BlackPhos by DEWE Brünofix master computer software has been specially designed for the black oxidation and phosphating surface processes. Depending on your requirements, you can equip the compact system with anything from a simple panel to the highly automated BlackPhos control software.

Plant with manual charging or with crane system charging
The product carriers are transferred either manually or with the assistance of a crane system. This means that this type of plant is relatively economic to purchase, but requires additional personnel outlay during operation to transfer the product carriers.
All plants have a central control cabinet for controlling and monitoring the plant functions. Vapours from heated baths are extracted directly at the point of origin and discharged outside via a cleaning stage with the aid of a fan.

Plant with automatic transport system
In this type of plant, the product carriers are automatically transferred by means of a computer-controlled transport system. Personnel are only required to load and unload the product carriers or for maintenance and plant servicing. Completely personnel-free operation is also possible for longer periods through the use of buffer stations. The computer-controlled plant also offers further modern options e.g. self-optimising mixing program control, data recording (treatment times, bath temperatures, malfunction logs, etc.), batch evaluation, article administration and much more.
All plants have a central switch cabinet or process computer to control and monitor plant functions. Vapours from heated bath are sucked away directly at the point of origin and led to the outside via a cleaning stage with the aid of a fan.
