The plants at a glance

Plant I

Black oxidation according to DIN 50938 of steel and iron according to process groups A and B, as well as black colouring of stainless steel

  • Bath dimensions max. (l/w/h): 1800 / 400 / 500 mm 
  • Part weight max. 300 kg 
  • Treatment possible in the dipping basket, in the drum and on the frame 

Plant II
 Black oxidation according to DIN 50938 of steel and iron according to process groups A, B and C (C is three-bath black oxidation)

  • Bath dimensions max. (l/w/h): 3000 / 500 / 700 mm 
  • We process larger parts on envelopes or by turning
  • Part weight max. 1400 kg
  • Treatment in the dipping basket, on the frame, on the hook 
  • Rotation treatment up to 2350 mm diameter and up to 500 mm width depending on the geometry of the workpiece

Plant III 

Zinc phosphating and mangan phosphating according to DIN EN 9717

  • Bath dimensions max. (l/w/h): 1800 / 400 / 500 mm 
  • Part weight max. 600 kg 
  • Treatment possible in the dipping basket, in the drum and on the frame
     

 

DELIVERY / COLLECTION

You can drop off or collect your goods from us at the following times: 

  • Goods acceptance for contract processing: Monday to Thursday: 7.00 am to 3.40 pm Friday: 7.00 am to 12.30 pm We are also happy to help you outside these times by prior arrangement.

  • Delivered black oxidation and phosphating goods are usually ready for collection on the next working day.
