What is BlackPhos?

BlackPhos is a master computer software that has been specially developed for chemical surface treatments such as phosphating, black oxidation and VA colouring. In co-operation with the company Utikal, we have integrated the knowledge from software and daily work into the product. New knowledge from these special processes is continuously incorporated into the software.

The working method

Our software works on the basis of a flexible journey sequence. This means you can enter all the relevant data yourself. You determine the bath sequences, bath times, draining times, etc. The use of optimisation algorithms, some of which are based on AI, ensures a very high throughput of the plants. If you require a defined path-time diagram for your processes, BlackPhos is also ideally equipped for this.

A very simple operating concept has been realised for the user in 3D with icons and images. The software can be switched to several languages immediately, without any additional start-up.

The mode of operation

Your plant is controlled according to article numbers. You determine the specific process programme by entering the article parameters. You enter the bath-specific values such as temperatures, dwell and dripping times etc. and thus define the batch processes to be run.

The respective batches are logged with times, temperatures etc. for each bath. The production data can be queried over a specific period of time and the system capacity can be determined.
