We can look back on a long company history, which began with the production of chemicals for the black oxidising process in Leipzig in 1905. As rich in tradition and - with over 100 years of company history - as sustainably as our company has developed, so has our number of employees.

We are geared towards constant growth, but not at any price. We want our growth today to continue tomorrow. Both in terms of sales figures and employment figures. Even in times of corona, we have not reduced our workforce but have done everything we can to fulfil our responsibility towards our colleagues.

As a medium-sized, family-run and successful company within the WEISS group of companies, DEWE Brünofix GmbH currently employs just under 80 permanent staff and around 10 freelancers.

  • Almost 120 years after its foundation, we now see ourselves as a specialist and system provider in the field of surface treatment and offer our customers everything from a single source in the following areas:
  • Process chemistry with a product range of over 300 chemicals for degreasing, pickling, black oxidation, phosphating, corrosion protection and colouring for stainless steel, brass, copper, nickel silver and die-cast zinc
  • Plant engineering with state-of-the-art technology for chemical surface treatment
  • Surface treatment in our own fully automated treatment plants
